Personal Resilience Styles

People have different styles or strategies for their favoured way of calming adverse self-talk. The preferences and mix of resilience skills they possess are a function of what life has taught them — from upbringing, training, life challenges overcome and failures to cope. There are no "right" or "wrong" preferences amongst these styles and most people have skills in more than one style.
